The Advent Conspiracy
This Christmas Season, we’re inviting you to just say “no” to spending so much money on things people really don’t need.

Instead, we have an alternative for you.
For $20 you can buy one of three missions items that will bless people in Nicaragua. Your purchase is made in honor of whoever you’d like to give a meaningful Christmas Gift to.

You will receive a beautiful Christmas card to send to them that explains the gift they’ve received (and in affect, given!) There is a station set up in the new lobby where you can pick up your card(s) and deposit your money.

Please make checks payable to RUMC with “Advent Conspiracy” in the for section. They will be in the church office during the week. If you have any questions feel free to email tina_p@ringgoldumc.org

This year there are three options for your purchase.
You can buy:
1) A Water Purification System for a family that will give them clean water for up to 5 years. We have 50 of these.

2) A pair of chairs for our sister church in Las Parcelas – they will fill the sanctuary that we are currently helping them build. We have 75 of these.

3) Bible Story Books for 20 teachers to share with their students. We will give these out during the January Teacher’s Seminar (we’re expecting 500 teachers). We have 75 of these.
